Gratitude is when you are greatly moved by a situation or when you realize someone has gone out of their way to do something for you. You'll often want to pay it forward.
Take a mindful moment to think about three small/simple things that make you feel grateful. It's a little harder than being thankful for let's say your spouse/partner, child or parent. Try it! Then write them down in your notepad/journal for your reference.
