Joy is the feeling of great pleasure. It's what you feel during a perfect moment in time, such as a peaceful walk on the beach (or golf course!), a beautiful holiday celebration with family, seeing your child or a friend succeed.
What brings you JOY? Take a mindful moment to really think about it, write it down - and then look to have more JOY where and when you can.
