I was never a fan of Mondays....maybe because I made the most of my weekends! Today is week 5 of my Furlough and during the first few weeks I still had that "Monday dread".
I found that fascinating and eventually realized that it's a behavior or "habit" just like most of our others - and it takes time (3+ weeks to start or break a habit) to change.
Today I felt less of that "dread feeling"! It may have helped that it's a beautiful day and I strategically planned a walk/talk with a friend at 9am! If you too have that Monday dread feeling - try and take a fresh perspective!
