Mindful "me" march

Let March be the start of an increase in your focus on being Mindful and non-selfishly focusing on yourself. Mindfulness can come in many forms but mostly it's about awareness - of yourself and what is around you.
Notice your feelings. Taste your foods. See who's around you. Notice your environment.
Go for a mindful walk. Enjoy a mindful meal. Keep a gratitude journal and jot down how your day went. Take time to do what you love and brings you fulfillment.
Taking care of yourself will improve your disposition and allow you the energy to take care of others.
