24 hours is a long time with opportunities for ups and downs. If you take the time to reflect, consider this ... if you think you had a "bad" day, think more to see if something happening where you had a "bad" moment, that you let ruin the rest of your day?


As you go through the day, remember to take pauses, breathe and where possible, let go - not letting moments effect your entire day.
