I am offering a new idea with the 3-Rs, for Good Health!
It's often hard to start a new healthy habit. So rather than put in a lot of energy
figuring out how to fit a new exercise routine or recipe into your weekly schedule,
make subtle adjustments to your existing one. In this issue I have included three articles, one on each "R":

Reduce - the decisions that are not serving you
