Love encompasses all of the positive emotions listed in HAP!2. Joy, Gratitude, Serenity, Interest, Hope, Pride, Amusement, Inspiration and Awe.
When we experience love our bodies are flooded with feel-good hormones that reduce stress.
Close this session of your happiness journal with thoughts of times when you experienced love. Remember love comes from family, friends, colleagues and especially pets!
Take some time to reflect on who in your life you love and who loves you - and the power love has to bring you positivity, health and happiness.
