We feel hope when things take a turn for the worse and realize there are possibilities for change and that things can get better.
Think about a difficult situation where you had a strong sense of hope. Write about it in your notepad/journal. Describe how you felt and how hope actually did get your through. Save this thought for the next time you need hope.
