Reflection is one of the most underused yet powerful tools for success.


Daily reflection can help you determine where you're doing well, and where you may need more focus.


You can ask yourself three questions each night or each morning for the day prior.


TIP: Keep a Pad/Journal + Pen by your bedside.


1) Did I find time for self-care today? Note what you did. If you did not, make a commitment on what you will do the next day.


2) Was I grateful today? Write down 3 things you are grateful for.


3) Did I think of someone else today and reach out? Remember to provide a helping hand, ear or just send someone positivity daily.
