Awe is the feeling you get when something fills you with wonder and amazement. Awe is triggered when we are faced with the endless bounty of nature or the universe.
When is the last time you recall really feeling a sense of awe? Write in your notepad/journal a time that you felt awe and it made you want to take more steps toward your overall health and well-being.
Spending time in natural surroundings is very enriching in so many ways. Look for local hikes or gardens where you can get outside and take a walk! You never know what will make you awe-struck!
