organize to optimize

Updated: Feb 9, 2021

My mom is a self-proclaimed unorganized procrastinator ( I have dibs on this Book Title!) and that can partly be why I LOVE to be organized and get things done. You can't blame your parents for everything (well I guess you can...) but sometimes their shortcomings can help you grow!

I have posted about Lists and how important they are - and how they improve your mood through the release of dopamine - especially when you cross something off your list!

Now I'd like to introduce you to a wonderful tool called the Feel FAB (Food Attitude & Body) Planner. Elyse Wagner is a colleague and fellow health and well-being enthusiast who out of her own necessity created this very thoughtful planner (available hard copy or digital). If you are looking for something to help, not only give you a place to make a list, but also get organized - this could be for you!

If you felt this past year has been disorienting. If you have lost track of any routine or clear vision for your future. If you have good intentions every day and then, somewhere between starting your day and getting ready for bed, your plan for eating healthy and working out gets lost. Become the CEO of your Health & Happiness by using the evergreen FAB Planner and you’ll create habits that elevate your health and happiness quickly.

By using the FAB planner, you’ll be able to:

  • Joyfully Plan & Prioritize

  • Plan 2-3x Faster

  • Plan with Confidence and Consistency

  • Plan without Anxiety or feeling Overwhelmed

Good planning works miracles in your health & happiness and you’re worthy of feeling your best everyday!

Use code, GOOD , upon checkout to receive 20% off the FAB Planner (spiral or digital version). Code valid through 2/23/21 at 11:59 PM CST.
